  1. Do I need to register to shop on Window2India?

  3. How do I shop on Window2India?

  4. It's a simple 3-step process. Here's what you need to do:
    a) Register
    b) Browse
    c) Make your payment
  5. How do I purchase a product?

  6. a)New user? Here's what you need to do
    • Register
    • Browse and choose your product
    • Click on 'Add to cart'
    • Click on 'Proceed to check out' (on the right panel)
    • On the 'Order Details' page enter personal details about the recipient including preferred delivery date.
    • Select your payment type (Credit/Debit card/Remit2India's Rupee Express) and click Submit.
    • Confirm your payment details. (You'll get your Order Id, amount details and the product details)
    • Fill in the credit card details. (Your credit card no. validity period and CVV no.) That's all
    b)Are you a registered user?
    • Browse and choose your product
    • Click on 'Add to cart'
    • Click on 'Proceed to check out' (on the right panel)
    • On the 'Order Details' page enter personal details about the recipient including preferred delivery date.
    • Select your payment type (Credit/Debit card/Remit2India's Rupee Express) and click Submit.
    • Confirm your payment details. (You'll get your Order Id, amount details and the product details)
    • Fill in the credit card details. (Your credit card no. validity period and CVV no.) That's all

  9. Can I make payment in any currency?

  10. Preferred currency is USD. Preferably use your Indian credit/debit card
  11. Within how many days will my gift reach the recipient?

  15. Do you deliver product/s or gifts on Sundays or Public Holidays?

  16. Yes, we deliver on Sundays. But not on Public holidays.
  17. Can I send a gift on an urgent basis?

  18. Yes of course. You may use Express delivery to send your gift. (For flowers only)
