- Do I need to register to shop on Window2India?

- How do I shop on Window2India?
It's a simple 3-step process. Here's what you need to do:
a) Register
b) Browse
c) Make your payment
- How do I purchase a product?
a)New user? Here's what you need to do
- Register
- Browse and choose your product
- Click on 'Add to cart'
- Click on 'Proceed to check out' (on the right panel)
- On the 'Order Details' page enter personal details about the recipient including preferred delivery date.
- Select your payment type (Credit/Debit card/Remit2India's Rupee Express) and click Submit.
- Confirm your payment details. (You'll get your Order Id, amount details and the product details)
- Fill in the credit card details. (Your credit card no. validity period and CVV no.) That's all
b)Are you a registered user?
- Browse and choose your product
- Click on 'Add to cart'
- Click on 'Proceed to check out' (on the right panel)
- On the 'Order Details' page enter personal details about the recipient including preferred delivery date.
- Select your payment type (Credit/Debit card/Remit2India's Rupee Express) and click Submit.
- Confirm your payment details. (You'll get your Order Id, amount details and the product details)
- Fill in the credit card details. (Your credit card no. validity period and CVV no.) That's all

b)Debit Card (Citibank only)
c)Remit2India's Rupee Express
- Can I make payment in any currency?
Preferred currency is USD. Preferably use your Indian credit/debit card
- Within how many days will my gift reach the recipient?

- Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track the status of your orders under the My Orders link in the My Account section
- Do you deliver product/s or gifts on Sundays or Public Holidays?
Yes, we deliver on Sundays. But not on Public holidays.
- Can I send a gift on an urgent basis?
Yes of course. You may use Express delivery to send your gift. (For flowers only)
- How do I cancel an order?
